- communication in English with our clients via e-mail and chat
- occasional call handling in English
- 8-hour shifts (24/7 operation)
- short (2) and long (5 shift) workweeks,
- flexible work days
- excellent English (CAE at least)
- time flexibility
- knowledge of Internet and e-mail communication
- the ability to learn new things
- long-term cooperation (1 year minimum)
- a positive Customer Service attitude
